Walked in at 2 pm to see an unorganized line of people. Could not tell who had already been helped or who was waiting for help. Was not greeted at any point in time. Both employees behind the counter were more interested in discussing the Diddy case instead of moving the line along. It has been a long time since I’ve been to this location. I was immediately reminded why. I walked out and headed to the location on Mason - where I usually go. Much better customer service there. The sad part about the Cinco location is it’s obvious staff doesn’t care about losing a customer. Based on the date stamps of other reviews, customers have expressed their dissatisfaction for quite some time and management has yet to make an improvement on their level of service. Corporate needs to step in and have a conversation with the owner (if this is a franchise). If corporate owns their locations, they need to reevaluate who is managing this location and make changes to improve customer service. Until that happens at the Cinco location, considering going to another location with better reviews and a higher rating.

I had a terrible experience at this location and would not recommend it. The staff clearly had no interest in doing their job and were incredibly rude. The service was unprofessional, and some employees even resorted to insults. One staff member in particular—a tall black man—was especially disrespectful and lacked basic customer service skills. Avoid this place if you’re looking for a quick and smooth service.

I’ve been here numerous times before and always received. Excellent customer service. Typically I go in the evening but this time it was first thing in the morning just a little after opening. there were no other customers in there, and the employee was towards the back of the counter. She did not greet me or asked me what I needed. I had to walk towards the back where she was to ask for assistance. She was not polite in the least and all her responses were blunt /short. I felt like I was inconveniencing her.

Terrific customer service. Knowledgeable team members. A terrific experience overall. I was printing some hard proofs for a massive catalog job, and I needed 10 booklets printed with 100+ pages each. It was a big job. Despite all the computer issues, paper stock, etc., these guys made a way. I am grateful.

This neighborhood fed ex print and ship center is truly a well run place for your printing and shipping needs. The staff, especially Kiana, are always very helpful and kind. Things can get crazy dodging this time of year, it’s nice to know that when I go there for my shipping needs I’ll be greeted with a smile, never rushed, and always taken care of quickly and efficiently!
