The shirts are beautiful, thank you so much. I have one problem that is with shipping them. There were 4 large shirts missing because one box was busted. I hope they can be replaced soon. Besides that everything else looks great and I will definitely use your company again.I’m adding photos.

Our original order had gold and white selected for our logo. We received an email stating that Imprint didn't have the color we selected even though we selected it through their program on their website. We changed to an all white logo which is a little disappointing but it will do. The order was received in a timely fashion but the boxes were destroyed upon delivery. The majority of the shirts look great! The only issues we had was that some of the shirts had extra fabric sewn in around the edges and there was a large rectangular shadow visible on the shirts from the imprint.

I placed an order that never shipped. The company never followed up with me to let me know there was a hold-up, and I had no idea until I went looking for information because the items didn't arrive on our delivery day. If they had been more proactive in letting me know there was an issue, we would have had time to find another solution before our event.

Absolutely horrible quality and a sincere lack of customer service. They ruined the gifts to my wedding guests and hosts. I ordered 300 shot glasses for my wedding as gifts for my guests and hosts. All of them arrived filthy, the print was falling off of the shot glasses in the shipping boxes. The ones where the print was not already partially missing, I put through a very gentle hand wash, by rinsing the glass in soapy water followed by a rinse in clean rinse water, and more print came off of the glasses. As an engineer who deals with additive manufacturing at times, I can tell they have multiple process issues, and they are not curing the print on the glass after the printing. It makes you wonder if they even started with a clean glass. I contacted customer service, and their only offer was to replace them with the same process they are using. The product is so poor of quality that I am too embarrassed to give them to my guests and hosts. If you look at the picture posted, the top line should read "Fiasco" with a long line at the top of the F, and the bottom line should read "Sports Bar". Their TV add states "For Certain" use "4 Imprint Certain", should be for bad quality, use for bad quality use Imprint. Not to mention the customer service department wanted to treat this like they are dealing with a third-world business ethics where all they want is your money and have no concern for their customers or the quality of their products. This company should be banned from doing business in the USA as they do not meet the standard business ethics, morals, or our values. They should be sincerely embarrassed about the quality of their product and their customer service. A $400+ order, and the bare glasses the "attempted prints" were made on aren't even worth that.

Our business ordered custom printed sunglasses, plastic cups, and logo golf balls for an event we sponsored. The setup process was simple, easy, and delivery was quick! The print and product quality was better than expected. We will definitely look at imprint.com again for future branded products.
