If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not waste your time or money on their hand sanitizers. The bottles arrive inconsistently filled, and when I submitted a support ticket, I was told to film myself emptying and measuring them—as if the inconsistencies weren’t obvious to the naked eye. I am not their quality control team. I don’t own a scale, nor should it be my responsibility to prove their product is defective. After going back and forth, I was told I wouldn’t get the replacement items in time for my event. Their “solution” was for me to return the bottles for new ones (useless after the event) or accept a store credit. After this experience—and after spending additional time and money filling the bottles myself—I have zero desire to spend another penny with this company. I don’t want a store credit. I want a refund.

We hold out hope for the right thing to be done and a refund to be issued, but the only thing worse than the three tablecloths we ordered is the customer service. First, they shipped the items to an incomplete address - not what we gave. The items were returned to sender, and when we called customer service we were told they would ship them back for $40. HA! Not our mistake, not our responsibility. When the tablecloths finally arrived MORE THAN A MONTH after ordering, they were a SIGNIFICANTLY different color than our brand blue. Carolina Tarheels blue, which is fine if that's what you ordered, but we gave specific references. So far the response has been "Slight color differences or variances are not considered defects and are not eligible for re-dos or refunds." But what about terrible color differences? We now have three unusable tablecloths and our non profit focused on creating affordable housing for those in need has functionally made a donation to this cluster of companies. Tired of dealing with them and I'd advise you to run, not walk, to another company.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a two toned wrist band that was to print front and back. And a proof was sent showing it printed front and back - one print on the Green and the other on the black side of the wristband. However, the wristbands arrived printed anywhere and everywhere on the bands -- it appears they just printed them wherever the wristband happened to land on the machine. The customer service process was convoluted and difficult - I was told I needed to submit a support ticket and did so. They offered a 15 percent discount if I kept the wristbands. However, only 1-5 of every 100 was printed correctly. So, I said NO to their offer and submitted 2 more tickets. Then tried their online chat and was told it was not his department. I finally called, was put on hold and they hung up on me. I called back. This time, I was put on hold and he came back on the line and said my claim was invalid. I will let you look at the photos and determine if my claim is invalid for yourself.. In the end, I am left with hundreds of wristbands we cannot use and will have to print these again with another vendor. This was for a charity event for childhood cancer patients and we are now out about $250 for items that will go into the trash. Horrible quality and even worse customer service! Avoid this company at all costs is my recommendation!

I only gave 1 star because I didn't have an option to give ZERO!!! I placed a order of 100 custom toothpick boxes. Before ordering I requested a proof just to make sure everything looked good. The proof came back and everything looked good. Now we just received these 100 toothpick boxes and 58 out of the 100 are completely misprinted, more than just a "minor visual imperfection". We submitted a ticket and within 24 hours were told that they would be willing to refund us 40%. Now if 58 out of the 100 were majorly misprinted, how does 40% seem fair? I called customer service and was told that 40% is the highest they are willing to go because "per the terms and conditions online, minor visual imperfections should not be considered as defective or flawed items". The multiple pictures we submitted as proof when submitting the ticket clearly show that the printing is MORE THAN slightly shifted and there is a major mismatch in the printing. The man whom I spoke with was so rude and unprofessional and told me that there is absolutely nothing they can do. I asked for them to send me 58 new toothpick boxes (cause that would only be fair) and was told by the man that is not possible because even if they reprinted them there is no promise that the new boxes will be printed correctly. I understand that when ordering a large amount of items there will be a slight mismatch in the printing, but when 58 of the boxes are completely misprinted (most boxes the wording is so majorly misprinted that they are wrapped around the box), and all I am being told is sorry we can only offer 40% back to original payment which is LESS THAN THE PERCENTAGE OF THE FAULTY ITEMS, I truly don't understand how that is even legal. Don't trust this company, don't trust the reviews on the website because they are only publishing the positive reviews. Trust me go somewhere else to get custom printing done cause you will waste money coming here.

Inaccurate descriptions. If you order Red it comes as pink. Pink is not the color you want when your organization is red white and blue. They offered.a $90 refund on a $600 order! I added a picture of the proof and then what came in the box.
